Hi,
This picture was taken over Memorial day at the Air and Space Museum in Washington DC. The disk in the picture is an exact copy of the one on the Voyager exploration satellite that is currently at the end of our solar system, the farthest any man built object has ever traveled. The Voyager has exceeded anyone's expectations by still relaying messages back to earth.

If you look closely you can see the inscriptions that are an attempt to possibly communicate our language, math, music and culture to another species.
