I had the opportunity to tag along to the Bowery to an event this past Sunday and took a few pictures in and around the area. It is very interesting how different the Lower East Side looks each time that one travels down there. Here are two pictures that I felt strongest about. I have long had a soft spot for graffiti. I believe that it is quite interesting to make reclaim something and make art where there has been none. Marion's Continental is one of those throwback cocktail bars where they still make a mean highball and the clientele is as idiosyncratic as it is literate.
